COVID-19 Vaccination Information

Paoli Family Medicine is pleased to announce that we can now administer the Moderna COVID Vaccine!

According to current guidelines, this vaccine is recommended as a booster (half dose) to anyone 18 years of age or older who has had either Moderna or Pfizer primary vaccine series at least 6 months ago or the Janssen/J&J vaccine at least 2 months ago.

It is also recommended (as a full dose) to anyone who has not received any COVID vaccine to date, and as the third vaccine in the primary series for certain individuals who are moderately to severely immunocompromised (patients who are currently undergoing cancer treatment or taking meds that suppress the immune system).

These vaccines are given only by appointment, so please contact us for scheduling options.

PLEASE SEE ADDITIONAL FACILITIES/RESOURCES BELOW TO SCHEDULE YOUR COVID-19 VACCINATIONS AND BOOSTER SHOTS

The following is a website list of additional resources for scheduling COVID-19 vaccination (appointment availability will vary based on vaccine availability):

If you received your 1st and/or 2nd doses of COVID vaccination through Main Line Health, Main Line Health will be contacting you through MLH MyChart to schedule your COVID vaccine booster.

To determine when you are eligible for a vaccine, you can use this tool on the state’s website.

Again, PLEASE NOTE that our practice does not have access to COVID-19 vaccines to distribute to our patients. As updates emerge, we will post them on this website.

Please see the following website for further information regarding the COVID-19 vaccination plan for PA:

Please be aware that this information will be continually evolving/developing as the pandemic continues. We ask that you please refrain from calling our office to ask questions regarding vaccine distribution, as it places volume overload on our telephone system and limits ability of other patient calls that require urgent attention.

We will continue to keep you apprised of the COVID-19 vaccine situation as updated details emerge. Thank you for your understanding and patience during these very unprecedented times.
